EPACK Durable Limited announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on December 23, 2025. The Board approved the establishment of a new manufacturing facility in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. This move is necessitated by space constraints at the current Bhiwadi facility and will involve relocating existing Air Cooler production lines to the new site. The company also approved taking suitable land on lease for this purpose. In a separate development, the Board approved the initiation of legal proceedings against M/s Gangnam Steel Retail Private Limited (formerly Gangnam Street Retail LLP) for the wilful non-payment of dues amounting to ₹19,61,21,575 (₹19.61 crore). The company has filed a complaint with the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) in New Delhi against Gangnam and its directors for alleged financial misrepresentation and non-payment.
