EPACK Durable Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on December 23, 2025, approved the establishment of a new manufacturing facility in Bhiwadi. This decision was driven by space constraints at the existing Bhiwadi unit, and the new facility will be dedicated to the production of Air Coolers. The company also approved taking suitable land on lease for this new venture. The Board further resolved to initiate legal proceedings against M/s Gangnam Steel Retail Private Limited (formerly known as Gangnam Street Retail LLP) for the wilful non-payment of legitimate dues amounting to ₹19,61,21,575. The complaint against Gangnam alleges financial misrepresentation and non-payment of dues for goods supplied by EPACK Durable. The Board meeting commenced at 5:30 p.m. and concluded at 6:40 p.m. The company has also disclosed that the quantum of claim against Gangnam is ₹19.61 Crores. The legal proceedings have been filed with the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Economic Offences Wing (EOW), New Delhi.
