Entero Healthcare Solutions Limited has been informed by its statutory auditors, M S K A & Associates, Chartered Accountants, about their conversion into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The firm will now be known as M S K A & Associates LLP, effective from January 14, 2026, under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.

This conversion does not alter the audit engagement, and M S K A & Associates LLP will continue to serve as the statutory auditors for the remainder of their appointed tenure. The company has made this intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
