Engineers India Limited (EIL) has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal codes for prevention of insider trading and fair disclosure of unpublished price-sensitive information. The trading window will remain closed starting from January 1, 2026. It will reopen 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting where the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025, are considered and approved. The specific date of this Board Meeting will be communicated in due course. All individuals to whom the insider trading code is applicable have been advised to refrain from trading in EIL's securities during this period of closure.
