Endurance Technologies Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for Thursday, 12th February 2026. The board will convene to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2025, encompassing both standalone and consolidated figures. In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed. This closure will be effective from Thursday, 1st January 2026, and will remain shut until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results, concluding on Saturday, 14th February 2026. Both dates are inclusive. The designated persons within the company have been informed of this trading window closure as per the PIT Code.
