The resignation is effective from the close of business hours on January 17, 2026.

Mr. Sharma cited his decision to pursue a career opportunity closer to his hometown as the reason for his resignation. The company has acknowledged his resignation and is in the process of identifying a replacement, which will be notified in due course.
