EMS Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Nand Kishore Sharma from his positions as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer & Key Managerial Personnel. The resignation is effective from the close of business hours on January 17, 2026.

Mr. Sharma has cited his decision to pursue a career opportunity closer to his hometown as the reason for his resignation. The company has stated that it is in the process of identifying a replacement and will provide further notification in due course.

The company has submitted the necessary disclosures to the stock exchanges, BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
