Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited has released its Investor Presentation for the third quarter of FY2026, ending December 31, 2025. The company reported a significant year-on-year growth in revenue, reaching ₹11,523 crore for Q3 FY26, an increase of 118% from ₹5,283 crore in Q3 FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT) also saw substantial growth, rising by 166% to ₹2,636 crore in Q3 FY26 from ₹992 crore in the same period last year.

For the nine months ending December 31, 2025 (9M FY26), revenue from operations stood at ₹33,111 crore, marking a 162% increase compared to ₹12,639 crore in 9M FY25. The PAT for 9M FY26 was ₹6,892 crore, a 326% jump from ₹1,619 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. EBITDA for Q3 FY26 was ₹4,134 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 35.9%, showing an improvement from 38% in Q3 FY25. The company's installed manufacturing capacity for solar PV modules has reached 10.3 GW, with an additional 2.5 GW module manufacturing line commissioned on December 20, 2025. Furthermore, the company has completed payment for land allotment for a proposed 6 GW integrated solar module and solar cell manufacturing facility at Devanahalli, Bengaluru, with IREDA sanctioning a term loan of ₹33,060 million (₹3,306 crore) for this unit. The company also secured a 4.5 GW order for TOPCon crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, with execution spanning from December 2025 to 2030.
