Embassy Developments Limited (EMBDL) has reported strong operational updates for the third quarter of FY26, ending December 31, 2025. The company recorded robust pre-sales amounting to approximately ₹1,392 crore during Q3 FY26. This represents a significant quarter-on-quarter growth of approximately 240% compared to the pre-sales figures of Q2 FY26.

Collections for the quarter were approximately ₹415 crore, indicating a healthy 15% increase on a quarter-on-quarter basis. Cumulative collections for the first nine months of FY26 have reached ₹1,096 crore.

Key developments in the quarter include the receipt of RERA approvals for four significant projects: Embassy Citadel (Worli, Mumbai), Embassy Greenshore (North Bengaluru), Embassy Eden (North Bengaluru), and Embassy Verde Phase 2 (North Bengaluru). These projects have an aggregate estimated gross development value (GDV) exceeding ₹12,800 crore.

Additionally, the company received the Occupancy Certificate (OC) for 239 apartments at Serene Amara, a senior living project developed in collaboration with Columbia Pacific Communities in Bengaluru. Based on the current market momentum and project pipeline, Embassy Developments Limited remains on track to achieve its full-year pre-sales guidance of ₹5,000 crore for FY26.

As of December 31, 2025, the company's net institutional debt stood at approximately ₹2,939 crore. These financial figures are provisional and are subject to a limited review.
