Embassy Citadel in Worli will be an ultra-luxury residential development spanning about 1 million sq. ft. with a GDV of over ₹8,800 crore. The Juhu project will be a luxury residential development with an estimated GDV of approximately ₹3,000 crore across 0.33 million sq. ft. The Alibaug project, aimed at the lifestyle and second-home segment, will comprise about 0.2 million sq. ft. with a GDV of approximately ₹400 crore.

EDL anticipates achieving pre-sales of around ₹5,000 crore in FY26, supported by strong demand and a planned launch pipeline. The company also possesses a land bank exceeding 3,000 acres.
