Embassy Developments Limited (formerly Equinox India Developments Limited and earlier Indiabulls Real Estate Limited) has provided a corrigendum regarding its inclusion under the Additional Surveillance Measure (ASM) Framework and the "BE" segment (Trade-to-Trade settlement) by BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. This action was initiated effective December 16, 2025, following an order dated December 9, 2025, from the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Delhi Bench. The NCLT order admitted a petition filed by Canara Bank against the Company under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) for Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). The petition was originally filed by Canara Bank on June 9, 2025. The Company had challenged the NCLT order before the Hon’ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Delhi Bench. Subsequently, on December 11, 2025, the NCLAT granted a stay on the NCLT order. Both the NCLT and NCLAT orders were disclosed to the stock exchanges via announcements made on December 11, 2025. Embassy Developments Limited has made representations to both stock exchanges requesting the removal of its equity shares from the ASM Framework and the "BE" segment, and is continuing its correspondence in this regard.
