This appointment is effective from December 6, 2025, and was approved by the shareholders through Postal Ballot (Remote E-voting) held on January 8, 2026.

Shri Sushil Kumar Khetan is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over 37 years of experience in Paper Mill Operations, Finance, and Management Accounting. His expertise includes Strategy, Business Development, Legal & Taxation, and Costing, with a proven track record in cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and financial discipline.

The appointment follows earlier disclosures made on December 2, 2025, and December 9, 2025. Shri Khetan is not debarred from holding the office of director by any SEBI order or other authority.
