Emami Limited has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a 60% stake in IncNut Digital Pvt. Ltd. (IncNut), along with its subsidiaries and associates, for a transaction value of ₹321 crore. This valuation includes performance-linked adjustments over a 24-month period. Emami also plans to acquire the remaining stake in IncNut within the next four and a half years in two tranches, with the consideration determined by future performance. IncNut operates through its flagship brands Vedix and SkinKraft, which are pioneers in the personalized beauty and personal care segment in India. These brands utilize data-driven personalization and scientific formulations to offer customized haircare and skincare solutions directly to consumers. Vedix combines Ayurvedic principles with data analytics, while SkinKraft employs a dermatology-led approach with clinically validated ingredients.
