Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases Limited has executed a Power Delivery and Offtake Agreement (PPA) with Pattikonda Renewables Private Limited, a Captive Generating Company.

The agreement, signed on January 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST, aims to enhance the company's renewable power sources. Pattikonda Renewables will establish a 6.00 MW Wind Solar Hybrid Power Generation Facility in the Ananthapur district of Andhra Pradesh to meet Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases' captive power requirements.

As part of the agreement, Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases will subscribe to a minimum of 26% shares in Pattikonda Renewables Private Limited by investing approximately ₹7.08 crore (Rupees Seven Crores Eight Lacs Only) in one or more tranches. The shares will be issued at ₹10 per equity share. The agreement for power sourcing has a term of 25 years from the commencement of commercial operations.
