Electrosteel Castings Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure will be effective from January 1, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the submission of the company's unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025, to the stock exchanges. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve these financial results will be communicated at a later date. This intimation is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives.
