Eicher Motors Limited, through its new urban mobility brand Flying Flea, has launched its first electric motorcycle, the Flying Flea C6. The motorcycle will be available for bookings starting at 12 PM on April 10, 2026, with deliveries commencing at the end of May 2026. The first Flying Flea store is located in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. The FF.C6 is priced at ₹2.79 Lakh (ex-showroom) and ₹1.99 Lakh (Battery-as-a-Service). It features a 3.91 kWh battery, a top speed of 115 km/h, and over 400 Nm of wheel torque, weighing 124 kgs. The motorcycle incorporates advanced technology including lean-angle sensing ABS, traction control, and live location sharing. It offers seamless connectivity via WiFi, Bluetooth, and 4G, with remote monitoring capabilities. Charging options include Rapid, Standard, and Trickle charging. B. Govindarajan, Managing Director of Eicher Motors Ltd. and CEO of Royal Enfield, stated that this launch marks the company's entry into electric motorcycling in its 125th year. He emphasized that Flying Flea aims to create a new category of urban mobility focused on experience. The FF.C6 was developed in-house by over 200 engineers and has received a Red Dot Award for Design Concept in 2025. The motorcycle features a contemporary interpretation of the original Flying Flea's design, including a unique Girder fork and distinctive battery fins. It is available in two colorways: Flea Green and Storm Black.
