Educomp Solutions Limited has announced the appointment of M/s GDR & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the company's Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years. This appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Resolution Professional, with concurrence from the Lenders, approved the appointment to fill the vacancy left by the previous auditor upon the expiry of their statutory term. The term for GDR & Associates LLP will commence from the conclusion of the 31st AGM and extend until the conclusion of the 36th AGM. In addition to the statutory auditor, the Resolution Professional has also approved the appointment of M/s Vimal Chadha & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for a period of five consecutive years, starting from the financial year 2025-26. This appointment also awaits shareholder approval at the forthcoming AGM.
