Dwarikesh Sugar Industries Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's own Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders. The trading window will be closed for all Designated Persons, including Directors and designated employees, along with their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from Thursday, January 1, 2026. The trading window is set to re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to consider these financial results will be intimated separately. Additionally, as per SEBI circular dated April 21, 2025, the PAN of Designated Persons will be frozen by the National Securities Depository Limited for trading in the company's equity shares during this closure period.
