Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives starting from January 01, 2026. It will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to consider these financial results will be intimated in due course.
