Avenue Supermarts Limited (DMART) announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on January 10, 2026. The Board approved the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Statements for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, along with the Limited Review Report. The meeting also noted the conclusion of Mr. Ignatius Navil Noronha's term as Managing Director and CEO, effective January 31, 2026. The Board expressed its appreciation for his contributions.

Following this, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Anshul Asawa, currently CEO Designate, as the Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel from February 1, 2026. He will also assume the role of Managing Director for a three-year term starting April 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Asawa brings extensive experience from Unilever, where he held various leadership roles.

Additionally, the company designated four officials as Senior Management Personnel effective February 1, 2026, due to a change in reporting structure: Mr. Sachin Jaolekar (Vice President - FMCG), Mr. Dastgir Shaikh (Vice President - General Merchandising), Mr. Shyam Gupta (Head - Apparels), and Mr. Rushabh Ghiya (Head - Investor Relations and Chief of Staff).

The financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, showed revenue from operations of ₹17,612.62 crore (standalone) and ₹18,100.88 crore (consolidated). Net profit after tax was ₹923.05 crore (standalone) and ₹855.78 crore (consolidated). The meeting commenced at 2:30 p.m. and concluded at 4:00 p.m.
