Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited has announced the allotment of 5,000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Transferable, Taxable, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) with a face value of ₹1,00,000 each, aggregating to ₹50,00,00,000 (Rupees Fifty Crores only). The allotment was approved by the Management Committee of the Board of Directors during its meeting held on January 20, 2026.

The NCDs were issued at par for cash through private placement, based on terms outlined in the general information document dated December 30, 2025, and the key information document dated January 19, 2026. The final maturity date for these instruments is January 20, 2029, or any earlier redemption date.

This issuance follows prior board approvals, including the board meeting on December 23, 2025, which approved the issue of NCDs up to ₹50 Crores, and the outcome of the board meeting on December 27, 2025, which confirmed the approval for the issuance.
