Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Adani Road Transport Limited (ARTL) for the construction of the Ganga Path, connecting Sultanganj, Bhagalpur, and Sabour on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) basis. The project, awarded on a back-to-back basis, has a total contract value of ₹3400 Crore (excluding GST). The scope of work encompasses the design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning of the Ganga Path, spanning a length of 41.090 Kms. The construction period for this project is stipulated to be 42 months from the commencement date. The employer for this project is the Bihar State Road Development Corporation Limited. In compliance with SEBI regulations, DBL has disclosed this significant award. The company also announced a closure of the trading window for dealing in its securities for all insiders, designated persons, and their relatives until 48 hours after the information is made public.
