Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL), through its joint venture DBL-RBL, has been declared the L-1 bidder for a significant project awarded by the Narmada Water Resources Water Supply & Kalpasar Department, Government of Gujarat. The project involves the Designing and Construction of Ged Barrage, Protection work & Other allied activities across the river Sabarmati between Hirpura barrage & Lakroda weir, on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode. The total order value for this project is ₹268 Crores, excluding Goods and Services Tax (GST). The scope of work includes the design and construction of the barrage and associated protection works, along with a 10-year period for Operation and Maintenance. The completion period for the EPC work is stipulated as 24 months. This announcement also informs about the closure of the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company. The window is closed for all insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026.
