DiGiSPICE Technologies Limited announced a significant change in its key management personnel following a Board of Directors meeting held on February 4, 2026. Ms. Ruchi Mehta, the current Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, has been redesignated as Vice President - Corporate Affairs, effective February 5, 2026. In her new capacity, Ms. Mehta will be responsible for driving strategic and structural initiatives across the DiGiSPICE group. Concurrently, Mr. Pankaj Arora has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company, also effective February 5, 2026. Mr. Arora is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with approximately 16 years of experience. Furthermore, the Board has authorized Mr. Rohit Ahuja (Executive Director) and Mr. Pankaj Arora (Company Secretary and Compliance Officer) as Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) for determining the materiality of events and making disclosures to the stock exchanges, effective February 5, 2026.
