Diffusion Engineers Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹1,008.24 million for Q3 FY26, a year-on-year increase of 27.31% from ₹791.98 million in Q3 FY25. Consolidated EBITDA (excluding other income) for the quarter was ₹135.05 million, up 28.96% from ₹104.72 million in the same period last year. Profit After Tax (PAT) on a consolidated basis surged by 69.14% to ₹120.11 million in Q3 FY26, compared to ₹71.01 million in Q3 FY25. Diluted EPS grew by 67.45% to ₹3.22 from ₹1.92. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, consolidated revenue increased by 13.88% to ₹2,650.54 million, while PAT grew by 49.55% to ₹344.40 million. The company's order book stood robust at ₹1,934.08 million as of December 31, 2025, reflecting strong demand across various sectors. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 was ₹876.00 million, a 19.12% increase YoY. Standalone PAT rose by 38.65% to ₹88.54 million. For the nine months of FY26, standalone revenue grew by 12.00% to ₹2,409.33 million, and PAT increased by 51.86% to ₹329.71 million. Mr. Prashant Garg, Chairman & Managing Director, expressed confidence in sustaining double-digit revenue growth and improving profitability, supported by a strong order book, favorable demand, and ongoing capacity expansions. The company is investing in a new heavy engineering facility and enhancing capacities for welding consumables and wear plates, expected to be operational by the end of FY26. Additionally, Diffusion Engineers has approved an investment in Tejorup Sunmay Systems Pvt. Ltd. to expand into high-growth segments.
