The certificate confirms that for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, securities received from depository participants for dematerialization were confirmed (accepted/rejected) to the depositories. It also states that the securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on the stock exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed. Furthermore, MUFG Intime India Private Limited confirmed that security certificates received for dematerialization were mutilated and cancelled after due verification by the depository participant. The name of the depositories has been substituted in the register of members as the registered owner within the prescribed timelines.
