His resignation was accepted, and he will be relieved from his responsibilities at the close of business hours on March 7, 2026, after completing his notice period. In a parallel development, Ms. Manjusha Singh has joined the company as the new Head of Sales & Marketing, effective February 2, 2026. She has been designated as the Senior Managerial Person, following the approval of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Board on the same date. Ms. Singh brings over 25 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, pricing, and strategy within the industrial manufacturing and packaging sectors, with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing large multinational accounts.
