Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has announced the receipt of a Letter of Intent from Enrich Energy Private Limited for the supply of power cables. The order is valued at ₹52,48,49,012 (Rupees Fifty-Two Crores Forty-Eight Lakhs Forty-Nine Thousand Twelve only), inclusive of GST.

The supply of power cables is a domestic contract awarded on a "Kms rate basis with PV Formulae". The execution of this order is scheduled to be completed by May 2026.

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has confirmed that Enrich Energy Private Limited is a domestic entity and that none of the promoters, promoter group, or group companies of Diamond Power have any interest in Enrich Energy. Furthermore, the awarded contract does not fall under the ambit of related party transactions and is considered to be at arm's length.
