Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all insiders, including directors, designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended. The trading window will remain closed from Thursday, 1st January 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2025.
