The LOA, dated January 7, 2026, and received by the company on January 8, 2026, specifies a fixed cost consideration of ₹4,58,77,800 (Rupees Four Crore Fifty-Eight Lakhs Seventy-Seven Thousand and Eight Hundred only), plus applicable GST.

The company is required to furnish a Performance Bank Guarantee within 15 days of the LOA issuance and complete the contract agreement execution as per the Request for Proposal (RFP) document. The project has a duration of 9 months. The entity awarding the contract is NHAI, and the nature of the contract is consultancy services for DPR preparation. The company has confirmed that neither the promoter nor promoter group/group companies have any interest in NHAI, and the contract does not fall within related party transactions.
