The company announced that it entered into a one-time settlement with its original Financial Creditor, Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited, and cleared its entire outstanding dues on 31 December 2025.

Following this settlement, the Hon’ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), in its order dated 06 January 2026, directed the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) to initiate steps for withdrawal of the CIRP application under Section 12A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, by approaching the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench. The NCLAT also instructed the IRP to collate claims received during the CIRP period and clarified that no further actions should be taken in the CIRP in the interim. The NCLAT listed the appeal for further hearing on 29 January 2026, with directions for the Resolution Professional to collate claims but take no further steps.
