Dharan Infra-EPC Limited held its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, December 29, 2025, commencing at 12:30 p.m. IST, through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with directives from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. The meeting was convened and conducted by Palak Desai, the Interim Resolution Professional, as the company is undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since December 12, 2025. The AGM aimed to consider and adopt the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, along with the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors. Members were provided with the facility for remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM. Ms. Bhavika Ghuntla was appointed as the Scrutinizer for the voting process. The results of the e-voting and the Scrutinizer's Report will be submitted to the Stock Exchanges and published on the company's website. The AGM concluded at 12:40 p.m. IST.
