Dhanuka Agritech Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's shares. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's own Insider Trading Regulation Code. The trading window will be shut from January 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ending December 31, 2025. The date for the Board Meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated separately. All individuals covered by the company's Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading, as well as those in possession of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, are prohibited from trading in the company's shares during this period.
