Mr. Nishkam Gupta, Unit Head and Vice President, has resigned from his position due to personal reasons, with his cessation effective April 8, 2026. The company has accepted his resignation and is arranging for the settlement of his final dues. In a related move, Mr. Ashish Sharma, who was previously the Unit Head of the Rajpura Unit, has been transferred to the Dhampur Unit as Unit Head, also effective April 8, 2026. Mr. Sharma brings over three decades of experience with the company and holds a B.Sc. and LL.B. degree. Furthermore, Mr. Upendra Kumar has been designated as the new Unit Head of the Rajpura Unit, effective April 13, 2026. Mr. Kumar possesses over 28 years of experience in the sugar industry, with expertise in plant operations and project execution, and has been associated with Dhampur Sugar Mills since 2021.
