Dhampur Bio Organics Limited has announced the successful acquisition of 7400 equity shares, representing 74% of the paid-up equity share capital, in DBION Private Limited (formerly Sonitron Chemicals Private Limited). The acquisition was completed at a rate of ₹10 per share, amounting to a total of ₹74,000. This acquisition is in line with the Joint Venture Agreement previously entered into with Orgonew Private Limited. Following this transaction, DBION Private Limited is now officially a subsidiary of Dhampur Bio Organics Limited and also the Joint Venture Company as per the agreement. This intimation is a continuation of previous board meeting outcomes on April 20, 2026, and May 30, 2026, and the disclosure made on June 04, 2026, concerning the acquisition. All necessary disclosures as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, have been previously furnished.
