The scope of the project includes License Procurement, involving the acquisition and management of enterprise software licenses such as Microsoft 365, AvePoint, ManageEngine, and Vipre. Additionally, DEV IT will provide Professional Services, including the migration of over 550 users from multiple tenants to a single tenant and the full implementation of ManageEngine solutions to enhance IT infrastructure and security. This engagement underscores DEV IT's capabilities in multi-vendor migrations and its role as a partner in digital transformation. The order is a domestic contract with a fixed cost and is expected to be executed within approximately 3-4 months. The promoter or promoter group does not have any interest in the entity that awarded the order, and it does not fall under related party transactions.
