The division generated a turnover of ₹5.16 Crore, contributing 8.46% to the company's total turnover in the last financial year. Its net worth was Nil as of the end of the same period. The closure is attributed to outdated technology and obsolete machinery, which have resulted in continuous losses, including a loss after tax of ₹8.83 Crore in the last financial year (FY 24-25). The closure is expected to be completed within a period of three months, from January 2026 to March 2026. The company has stated that this closure will have no material impact on its overall operations. The Board meeting commenced at 04:00 p.m. and concluded at 05:00 p.m.
