Delhivery Limited announced that its subsidiary, Ecom Express Limited ("Ecom"), has received an order dated December 30, 2025, under Section 73 of the CGST/Haryana GST Act, 2017. The order pertains to the financial year 2021-22 and confirms a tax demand of ₹1,38,17,039, along with interest amounting to ₹1,03,62,779 and a penalty of ₹13,81,704. The demand has been raised due to the disallowance of input tax credit. Ecom Express Limited intends to file an appeal against this order with the appellate authority. The company stated that there is no material impact on the financials, operations, or other activities of Ecom and Delhivery Limited.
