Expenses were ₹1247.53 crore, leading to a profit before tax of ₹6710.27 crore. Net profit for the period was ₹5072.25 crore. On a consolidated basis, total income for the quarter was ₹2314.12 crore, with revenue from operations at ₹2214.998 crore. Total expenses were ₹1413.03 crore, resulting in a profit before tax of ₹9010.89 crore. The net profit attributable to owners was ₹6505.55 crore, and the total comprehensive income attributable to owners was ₹7093.91 crore. The company also reported acquiring 3,50,000 equity shares of Deep Natural Resources Limited, representing 70% of its equity share capital, during the quarter. This acquisition has led to Deep Natural Resources Limited becoming a subsidiary of Deep Industries Limited.
