DCL states that as of the date of communication by CRISIL (July 6, 2026), there were no outstanding term loans to be rated. However, the rating agency reportedly did not consider the company's communication or confirm with the bankers. Previously, on July 31, 2025, CRISIL had upgraded the long-term rating to CRISIL BB+/Stable and the short-term rating to CRISIL A3+. The current ratings carry an 'ISSUER NOT COOPERATING' status.
