DCM Shriram Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for Tuesday, 20th January 2026. The board will convene to inter alia consider the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.

Additionally, the board will consider the payment of the 2nd Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Record Date for this interim dividend, if approved, has been fixed as Saturday, 24th January 2026. This dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members and beneficial owners as per details received from depositories on the said Record Date.

The company also informed that the trading window for dealing in its Equity Shares has been closed from 1st January 2026 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, i.e., up to 22nd January 2026 (both days inclusive).
