DCM Nouvelle Limited has issued a Postal Ballot Notice to its members seeking approval for the appointment of two individuals as Independent Directors: Mr. Deepak Sood and Mr. Rajinder Khanna.

The company is soliciting approval via a Special Resolution through a remote e-voting process. The e-voting period will commence on January 17, 2026, at 9:00 AM IST and conclude on February 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST. The cut-off date for determining voting eligibility was January 9, 2026.

Mr. Deepak Sood, with extensive experience in corporate and public relations, industrial sectors, and government engagement, was appointed as an Additional Director, designated as an Independent Director, effective December 1, 2025. His term is proposed for five consecutive years. Mr. Rajinder Khanna's appointment as an Independent Director is also being sought, with his term proposed to be effective from December 5, 2025.

The company has appointed National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) to facilitate the e-voting process. The results of the postal ballot are expected to be announced on or before February 17, 2026.
