DCM Nouvelle Limited has submitted a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the third quarter ended December 31st, 2025.

The certificate was received from Skyline Financial Services Private Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA).

The RTA confirmed that physical share certificates received for dematerialization of securities were processed. Specifically, the securities comprised in the certificates have been listed on the stock exchange where the company's earlier issued securities are listed. Furthermore, the said certificates have been duly verified, mutilated, and cancelled, with the name of the depository substituted as the registered owner within 15 days, as per the regulations.
