DC Infotech and Communication Limited has announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2026. The company reported a significant year-on-year (YoY) revenue growth of 38.64% in Q4 FY26, reaching ₹239.46 crore compared to ₹172.72 crore in Q4 FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT) also saw a substantial increase of 52.38% YoY, rising to ₹5.66 crore from ₹3.72 crore. For the full fiscal year FY26, revenue grew by 32.61% YoY to ₹736.97 crore, up from ₹555.75 crore in FY25. EBITDA for FY26 increased by 35.97% YoY to ₹35.45 crore, with PAT rising by 45.78% YoY to ₹21.21 crore. The company highlighted key growth drivers including new customer acquisition in manufacturing and BFSI sectors, strong execution of its order book leading to 27.7% sequential QoQ growth, and a higher contribution from high-margin Security and Networking solutions. Operational efficiency was also noted, with PAT margin expansion demonstrating operating leverage. DC Infotech is strategically pivoting from traditional distribution to a value-added solutions provider, focusing on AI Infrastructure, Cyber Security Solutions, and Data Center Services. A significant win includes a ₹33.46 crore contract from the National Informatics Centre (NIC) for NKN infrastructure security. The company also achieved Zscaler Data Security Sales Specialization and secured a partnership with Sangfor for the MEA region. Looking ahead, DC Infotech plans to deepen its footprint in South India, expand into GCC and Africa markets, and invest in AI, Cloud Security, and Managed Services.
