DB (International) Stock Brokers Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal codes of conduct. The trading window will be shut from January 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results (both consolidated and standalone) for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025. During this period, all designated individuals and their relatives are advised against engaging in any transactions involving the purchase or sale of the company's equity shares or securities. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting where the financial results will be considered in due course.
