D. B. Corp Limited has announced an amendment to its 'Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information' (the Code). The amendment was approved by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on Thursday, January 15, 2026.

The amended Code has been attached to the announcement and will also be uploaded to the company's official website, www.dbcorpltd.com. This update is in compliance with Regulation 8 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI PIT Regulations'). The Code aims to ensure timely and adequate disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) that could impact the company's securities prices, thereby maintaining uniformity, transparency, and fairness in dealings with all stakeholders.
