The voting period for the postal ballot was from December 24, 2025, to January 22, 2026. Several special resolutions were proposed during this period. These included the revision of remuneration for Mr. Aman Arun Biyani (Managing Director) and Mr. Aditya ABiyani (Director). Additionally, resolutions were put forth for the re-appointment of Mr. Arunkumar Biyani as chairman and whole-time director for a further term of three years, and the re-appointment of Mrs. Mamta Biyani as a non-executive independent director. The company disclosed that the first three resolutions concerning the remuneration revisions and the re-appointment of Mr. Arunkumar Biyani did not receive the necessary approval.
