The company's Board of Directors has expressed appreciation for Mr. Srivastava's valuable contributions and guidance during his tenure. Mr. Srivastava cited personal commitments and pre-occupations as the reasons for his resignation. He has confirmed that there are no other material reasons beyond those stated in his resignation letter.

This change in board composition is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
