Dam Capital Advisors Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a total income of ₹69.9 crore for the third quarter of FY26, a slight decrease from ₹70.0 crore in the previous quarter and a marginal increase from ₹104.0 crore in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax (PAT) for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹20.1 crore, down from ₹52.2 crore in Q2 FY26 and ₹51.5 crore in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025 (9MFY26), the total income was ₹207.9 crore, a decrease of 2.7% compared to ₹213.6 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. Profit after tax for 9MFY26 was ₹72.4 crore, a decline of 24.0% from ₹95.3 crore in 9MFY25. The company's net cash available as of December 31, 2025, increased to ₹309 crore from ₹241 crore in Q3 FY25. The company's Merchant Banking segment revenue for Q3 FY26 was ₹48.5 crore, contributing 69.3% to the total income. Broking revenue stood at ₹17.6 crore, accounting for 25.2% of the total income. The presentation also highlighted key performance indicators and a robust IPO pipeline, with 22 IPOs in the pipeline and 3 new ones added in Q3 FY26. Dam Capital executed 19 transactions in 9MFY26, raising over ₹18,950 crore.
