Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Limited has announced that the allotment of 51% ordinary shares by Eagle Agrotech Holdings Limited (EAHL) to the Company, which was initially approved on December 18, 2025, has now received approval from ADGM, Abu Dhabi on January 07, 2026. Following this approval, EAHL officially became a subsidiary of Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Limited with effect from December 18, 2025. This disclosure is made in accordance with Regulation 30(7) read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
